Holy !!!!! First let me start by saying thanks to Jeremy Formato for the exceptional customer service and especially the patience during the entire process. Also, I cannot forget the oustanding staff at Keith's Pit Stop for the professional service in the installation of the mods, they truly treated my car like it was theirs, and for just letting me hang out.
Installed the following; ARH 1 7/8 w/high flow Cats, ported intake/throttle body
DeletedModified the following; plastic engine cover/insulating cover (the things that hold in all the heat), hood scoops
Dyno Tune. Initial baseline pull was done this past Tuesday resulting in a measurement of 324hp/321tq. Seemed a little low, but oh well. After having the mods installed/completed earlier today, Jeremy, with me planted in the passenger seat, conducted at least a dozen pulls to get the car where Jeremy was very pleased with all that jibberish that was screaming across his computer screen. He explained that this curve wasn't right and this needed to be adjusted to do that, and change this set of numbers to do that. I just kept nodding my head. Hopefully he thought I knew what he was talking about. Anyways, Jeremy worked his voodoo majic until she produced 380hp/370tq, 56hp gain, not to shabby.
Road Tune. Next was the fun part, the smile still has not left my face. The road test/tune was a hoot. It is amazing how quick these cars really are when the transmission performs like it should. Needless to say, Jeremy was screaming like a girl, ok, that was me, as we hit 200mph. Oh yea, that limiter thing is gone. Just kidding on the 200mph, it was more like 90mph. Car squaks the tires going into 4th gear in sport. Fun, fun, fun. Looking forward to making it to a track to she how she runs.
Now I need to determine what is next. CAM!!! (Goal = 415hp to da wheels)
Once again, thanks to Jeremy and all the folks at Keith's, job well done.
Edit: Sorry about no color on the dyno printout, some of us are still computer challenged.
Go Packers!!
